Yugoslavian M24/47 Mausers
The Yugoslavian M24/47 Mauser is a model 98 large ring, "short" length receiver (really intermediate length) with a straight bolt handle built to 98k Mauser specs. They were rearsenaled in Yugoslavia during the post WWII years from original Belgian (FN) and Yugoslavian (Kragujevac) made M24 Mausers manufactured in the 1920s and 1930s. The wood may have remnants of old numbers, scaring, or small arsenal inlay repairs. They are not fine sanded and may have drips in finish. Wood plugs were used as inlays where side slings swivels were removed and some buttplate edges have been ground to fit buttstock.

Each rifle comes with a leather sling, bayo/scabbard with frog, leather ammo pouch, and tool kit which comes in a canvas pouch containing a pull through, oil/solvent bottle/ bore brush, and muzzle protector. Leather slings, frogs, and ammo pouches are worn, but not torn and are quite usable. The bayonets/scabbards are in Good or better condition.

These rifles were packed full of cosmoline for storage. Make sure all wood is removed to clean metal surfaces and moving parts (like bolt) are taken apart for cleaning before firing.
